While you can start with any Element with your first 5 spins, this guide will go in detail on what is the best one for your play style. Whether you're going for PVP or PVE, I'll show you which Element you should keep as your primary or secondary and which ones you should reroll. Here's my Ninja Time Elements tier list.

I'll be rating Elements in Ninja Time from S-Tier to C-Tier and I won't go below C since no Element is unplayable in the game. That said, some are drastically better than others in terms of DPS and stun-potential. S-Tier and A-Tier elements have the best DPS, B-Tiers are either specific options or weaker versions than S and A, and C-Tiers are underpowered Elements. Ice (5% Roll Chance)
Ice is essentially Fire but with stuns. It's easily the best Element in the game right now with excellent DPS, stun potential, and versatility. It's great for both PVP and PVE so if you get it never reroll it. It's also got a mix of both melee and range moves so it offers that Wind flexibility along with Fire levels of DPS.Freeze (Passive): Some Ice element skills freeze enemies (Stun).

Fire (95% Roll Chance)
Fire is one of the best if not the best DPS Elements in the game but it's only focused on damage without stuns. My advice is if you want to go for Fire as your main DPS which is powerful, make sure you have a secondary supportive Element with some Stun moves. This is a great idea for both PVE and PVP since you'll need to set up your Fire moves with some crowd-control first as they can be hard to hit in PVP for example.Burn (Passive): Some fire Element skills deal 5 additional damage per second.

Also, it's got some of the best mobility moves like Lightning but with better damage than Lightning. For PVP it's not the best one but if you're just leveling I wouldn't reroll Wind.Move 1

Many beginner players will trash on Earth but it's actually an all around solid Element with a mix of AOE, damage, and stuns. It is a bit repetitive but it's just a generally reliable option for all situations in both PVP and PVE. It doesn't excel in anything, it just does a lot of things well.Move 1

Lightning (95% Roll Chance)
In terms of power, Lightning isn't the best DPS-wise but it has some great stuns. It's major strength is the mobility aspect of its moves for traversing around the open-world and the mobility in combat. That said, once you increase Agility later on and your Chakra Jumps get better, Lightning kind of falls off. If you're having fun with Lightning, go for it, the last move is definitely a powerhouse but note that you won't reach that Fire DPS.Electrify (Passive): Some Lightning Element skills electrify enemies (Stun).
