EA Sports seems to have finally released a correctly-priced SBC as part of the TOTY promo. The card, which costs about 530,000 coins, has extremely meta stats and playstyles. The combination of 97 Pace, 90 Shooting, 90 Dribbling, and 88 Physicality is pretty immense.
Having Quickstep+ helps a lot, and a left-footed item operating from the left could make good use of the Trivela+ as well. She also has Finesse Shot, Technical, Whipped Pass, and Relentless. All in all, it's an excellent item that will do well in the current in-game meta.
