Happy Monday, trainers, with Go Fest 2025: Global behind us, I wanted to use this time to ask how everyone did during the event, and how many Shiny Pokémon did you catch over the weekend in Pokémon Go ? In truth, I didn't catch that many as I wasn't really that focused on Go Fest Global as much as I'd like. I was only after certain Pokémon like Skiddo, Torkoal, and a few others I needed for my Shiny living 'dex, and apart from a singular Snover and Vullaby, I was able to get a lot of my targets. Granted, one look at social media, and it seems like a lot of trainers are bemoaning the sheer lack of Shiny Pokémon at this year's event. A problem that appears to be a yearly focus at this point. It's been ages since I've dove deep into a 3D platformer. I grew up with several over the years, leaving me excited every time a new one launches. With Ruffy and the Riverside having a peculiar mix of hand-drawn 2D characters and 3D environments, it intrigued me from the get-go. I was also a little scared, admittedly.
