The Master Combat Repair Kit is essential to prevent your ship from breaking down in Windrose. You'll need this item in plenty, and more so if you're someone who actively participates in naval combat.

Thankfully, you can find it as loot on your adventures, and you can also craft it using the correct materials.

How to find the Master Combat Repair Kit in Windrose

Master Combat Repair Kit can be found inside the Decreipt chest that lines the coastline of the islands within the Foothills Biome. This is an RNG-based method, but they appear to be fairly common. Foothills is the second biome you'll unlock, and it won't take you too long if you're a beginner.

You can also find the Master Combat Repair Kit from floating barrels and shipwrecks. You can also find the ordinary Repair Kit from the same sources. Again, it will all come down to your luck.

How to craft the Master Combat Repair Kit in Windrose

Once you get the Level 2 Workbench, you can then craft the Master Combat Repair Kit. You'll need the following items to do so.

  • Two Timber: You can craft Timber from Hardwood, which is collected from Divi-Divi trees. You'll need five Hardwood to manufacture one Timber.
  • Five Rum Bottles: You can find these from Blackbeard Crew chests.
  • Three Steel Nails: You can find these from shipwrecks or from Blackbeard Crew chests.

How to use the Master Combat Repair Kit in Windrose

Once your ship has taken damage, approach the steering wheel and open the Ship Management option. Then, pick the kit from your inventory and click on it to activate its effects. When active, the repair kit will restore 60% of your ship's health over 10 seconds.
