Travel 195 degrees on the compass, and dive to about 90m of depth to find the first fragment. Go right following the path in the image below, and you'll come across a room that has the second fragment. The final one is in the same room. Move straight, and you'll find a gigantic clam. The fragment is at the base of the clam.
