Hydroelectric Turbine blueprint locations in Subnautica 2 and how to use

The Hydroelectric Turbine is going to be your first smart power solution in Subnautica 2 as you expand your base. Unlike the solar panels, these devices don't depend on the time of day. You can use it to harness tidal energy and convert it to power up your base.

But first, you'll need to find the two blueprints.

The two blueprints are located close to one another, but both are about 400m away from the lifepod. If you haven't found them already, you can use the following images as your visual guides.

To find the first one, get to about 350m away from the lifepod. Now move either to the left or the right (don't move forward or back so that the distance remains the same). Keep doing so until it shows 210 degrees on the compass. Dive deep, and you'll find the first blueprint. Use the scanner to scan the design, and then begin the hunt for the second one.

For the next one, use the same technique. However, you'll want to be about 400m away from the lifepod. The degrees on the compass should be 210 once again, and dive deep to find the second and final blueprint. Once done, we can now craft the Hydroelectric Turbine blueprint.

The ideal way to use this device is to place it where there's a drift. Placing them there will allow you to harness the energy. Since the Hydroelectric Turbine will be slightly distant from your base, you can set up multiple Power Transmitters to transmit the power.

You'll also need three of each: Copper, Titanium, and Silver to construct one Turbine.
